What We Do

Most civil lawsuits are settled, and mediation is one of the most popular and effective ways to resolve disputes. In mediation, a trained and experienced mediator helps the litigants identify issues and solve problems, navigate points of confusion or contention, and reach a negotiated solution. This mediator acts as a neutral. Their job is to listen and encourage conversation on the issues, not to pass judgment. The mediator works to build an understanding for the litigants on both sides of the relative risks of trial or continued litigation.

The mediators at Rangeline Mediation will never shortchange the process and will work hard to settle your case. As always, mediation is a voluntary process, and the decision to settle will be solely in the hands of the parties.

Meet the Team


  • Founder

    I have been an attorney litigator for 30 years and have participated in thousands of cases on both sides of the table. These cases include contracts, real estate, securities (investments), estates and probate, insurance subrogation, personal injury, and employment related matters. I have represented individuals and large corporations and understand the needs and decision-making processes of these different types of clients. I have also worked on large and complex multi-party litigation and understand the issues unique to group claims.  

    I believe strongly in the power of mediation to solve disputes and want to try to understand all of the issues in every case to help the parties reach an agreement. With my $500 half-day mediation, I wish to bring quality mediation services to every potential litigant and resolve their issues.
